As Developers we take our responsibility to our tenants and future generations seriously. Whenever we develop or refurbish property we ensure that our specifications include:
- Designing accommodation that complies with or exceeds the Local Authority minimum space standards
- Adhere to Building Regulations (surprisingly this is not currently compulsory for refurbishment projects)
- Incorporating technology which helps to keep the accommodation both healthy and affordable to heat.
- Where possible, includes Photo Voltaic electricity generation panels to offset our Company’s carbon footprint.
- Anticipate and monitor improving environmental standards for accommodation and work towards achieving these ahead of government implementation.
What are we working on now?
In 2022 we are working on:
- Residential house in Newlyn – demolishing existing garages and replaced with single house for resale.
- Seven apartments in Plymouth above existing commercial property.
In design and planning process for:
- Development of a large site in Plymouth with potential for 100+ units.
- Construction of 6 apartments in Penzance above retail space.
- Construction of 2 dwellings in Camborne on redundant land at rear of retail/residential building.

New Connexion Street, Camborne – 1 Bedroom Apartments
Three spacious, energy efficient and comfortable 1 bedroom apartments in Camborne. We utilised redundant storage space above an existing commercial property to create 3 well designed apartments. With PV solar panels plus efficient insulation and systems, our tenants enjoy the benefits of a good EPC rating.

Two spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartments in the very heart of Truro. Converted from storerooms and office space, these apartments offer quality accommodation.
Causewayhead, Penzance – 1 Bedroom Apartments
The flats are located on one of Penzance’s most lively streets- being just a stones throw away from multiple restaurants, shops and even a cinema. Now that the flats have been converted, they are looking incredible after being redecorated and having a new set of stairs put in to make the flats more accessible
