The Cher Varya Group is a collection of companies and partnerships working in commercial and leisure investment.  The name derives from the Cornish language with ‘Cher’ meaning ‘state’ and ‘Varya’ meaning ‘changed’ or ‘altered’ and came about when the business changed its focus from residential to commercial investment property.

The Group, which is based in Cornwall, has properties within the County, the wider West Country and further afield.
